[MTGA, Paper] Izzet Storm, a Deck.
This is a nice deck, satisfying to play, playble in the Timeless (MtGA) format.
Suprisingly, the Timeless format allows for use of Seething Song, while the Modern format doesn't. Better for us, that way.
